股骨距的应用解剖

摘    要:目的:为进一步研究股骨距的力学特性和临床应用提供可靠的形态学资料。方法:应用去钙解剖,断面解剖和计算机图像处理技术。对40例成人股骨距进行了观察和测量。结果:股骨距为股骨上段内部由股骨颈后部中部延伸至小转子前下方的一纵行密质骨板,可分为内侧致密部和外侧分层部。显示了股距的全貌和断面形态,详细报道了有关股骨距和股骨相关结构的数据。结论:股骨距的位置,确切的形态结构和各项测量数据有利于进一步探讨其力学特性,也有利于临床应用。

Abstract:Objective:To provide the morphological data for studying mechanical characteristics of femoral calcar and for the clinical application.Methods:The femoral calcar in 40 sides of adult femur were observed by the cross and sectional anatomical methods and measured by computer image analysis.Results:A dense plate of bone in the upper end of femur was the femoral calcar that extended toward the anterioinferior part of the lesser trochanter from bone cortex of the posterior part of femoral neck.The femoral calcar was divided into 2 parts:the medial dense part and the lateral layerdividing part.The total figure and the sectional morphology of the femoral calcar,and data of related structures of the femur and femoral calcar were studied in detail.Conclusion:The exact position,morpholgical strunctures and measurement dates of the femoral calcar in this article are beneficial for further studying the mechanical characteristic of femoral calcar and also for the clinical application.
