Post-traumatic coagulopathy:clinical strategies

Massive bleeding associated with coagulopathy is the leading cause of death in the early stage in the patients with severe trauma.Prevention and timely recognition and management is critical for the reduction of mortality and morbidity.Damage control resuscitation(DCR),consisting of permissive hypotension,hemostatic re-suscitation,and damage control surgery,is associated with improved outcomes obviously.This article mainly aims at the clinical management in order to give some helpful suggestions for traumatic surgeons.
