The aim of this paper is to review the foreign and domestic literatures about the treatment of pel -vic fracture,to discuss the emergency treatment and principle of pelvic fracture and to summarize the principle and technological process for emergency treatment of pelvic fracture .Establishment of a professional team and effective technological process are major guarantee of pelvic fracture treatment .Bleeding control and restoring stability of the pelvis can increase the rescue success rate of pelvic fracture .
