ABC时间管理在腹部挤压伤合并创伤性休克患者急救中的应用

目的探讨ABC时间管理在腹部挤压伤合并创伤性休克患者急救中的应用和效果。方法将2012年1月~2013年12月急诊科收治的24例腹部挤压伤合并创伤性休克的患者作为对照组,将2014年1月~2015年12月急诊科收治的腹部挤压伤合并创伤性休克的患者29例作为观察组。对照组实施常规护理方法,观察组实施ABC时间管理方法,比较两组在院前急救时间、住院天数及治愈率方面的差异。结果观察组在院前急救时间、住院天数、治愈率方面均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论 ABC时间管理帮助护士将急救工作程序化,系统化,抢抓重点,有效提高了腹部挤压伤合并创伤性休克患者的治愈率。

Application of ABC time management in patients with abdominal crush injury and traumatic shock

Objective To explore the effect of ABC time management in patients with abdominal crush in-jury and traumatic shock . Methods Twenty-four patients with abdominal crush injury and traumatic shock who were admitted into the emergency department of our hospital from Jan .2012 to Dec.2013 were labeled as the control group,29 patients with abdominal crush injury and traumatic shock who were admitted into the emergency depart -ment of our hospital from Jan .2014 to Dec.2015 were labeled as the study group .ABC time management was ap-plied in the study group ,and routine nursing was applied in the control group .The differences of the first aid time , length of in-hospital stay and cure rate were compared between the two groups . Results There were statistical differences in first aid time ,length of in-hospital stay and cure rate between the study group and the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion ABC time management is helpful to enhance cure rate for patients with abdominal crush injury and traumatic shock .It can make nursing work formalized and systematized in emergency condition .
