| 摘 要： | 正确的治疗及护理措施是影响断指再植术后血管危象的主要因素,采用有针对性的护理干预措施,可预防血管危象的发生。笔者查阅近40年血管危象的治疗及护理文献资料,分析血管危象的高危因素,总结断指再植检测手段、治疗及护理措施,认为精心的治疗及护理是防治血管危象的关键。

| Abstract: | Correct treatment and nursing measures are the main factors to affect the vascular crisis of the patients after replanlation of amputated finger.Appropriate nursing measures can prevent the occurrence of vascular crisis.The authors reviewed the treatment and nursing literature data of the vascular crisis in the last 40 years and analyzed the high risk factors of vascular crisis,summarized the detection means,treatment and nursing measures for replanlation of amputated finger,and pointed out that careful treatment and nursing care are the key to prevent and cure vascular crisis. |
