骨质疏松性椎体骨坏死非手术治疗和椎体成形术临床对比分析

目的观察骨质疏松性椎体骨坏死采用椎体后凸成形术治疗的效果。方法选取2010年5月~2013年3月40例骨质疏松性椎体骨坏死患者为研究对象,按住院号单双分成对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组:男性12例,女性8例;年龄59~82岁,平均(67.7±5.3)岁;予以非手术治疗。观察组:男性10例,女性10例;年龄60~81岁,平均(68.1±5.5)岁;予以椎体后凸成形术治疗。比较两组患者治疗后椎体恢复情况和生存质量。结果观察组患者治疗后椎体高度、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、功能、生存质量指标均明显优于对照组(P0.05),有统计学意义。结论椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨坏死临床效果显著。

Clinical comparative analysis of conservative treatment and vertebroplasty in treating osteoporotic vertebral body bone necrosis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral body bone necrosis through the vertebroplasty.Methods From May 2010 to Mar.2013,40 cases of osteoporotic vertebral bone necrosis were selected as the research objects.According to the hospital number of single and double the pa-tients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received conservative treatment,and the observation group received vertebroplasty.The recovery of the body and the quality of life of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The vertebral height,VAS score,ODI, function and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P<0.05 ) ,and there were statistical significances.Conclusion The clinical effect of the treatment of osteoporotic ver-tebral body bone necrosis with vertebroplasty is significant.
