交通事故致下肢皮肤撕脱伤48例治疗的体会

目的探讨道路交通事故致下肢皮肤撕脱伤的治疗体会。方法回顾性分析2011年10月~2014年12月期间收治的48例交通事故导致下肢皮肤撕脱伤患者,其中男性31例,女性17例;年龄12~55岁,平均32.4岁。根据创面的不同情况选择皮片移植术和皮瓣移植术两种不同方法进行治疗。结果 34例患者采用皮片移植术修复创面,一期皮片成活率达91.2%(31/34);14例采用皮瓣移植术修复,一期皮瓣存活率为92.8%(13/14),功能恢复好,外观良好。结论皮片移植术和皮瓣移植术是目前道路交通事故致下肢皮肤撕脱伤的常用治疗方式,疗效满意。

The treatment experience of 48 cases of lower limb skin avulsion injury caused by traffic accidents

Objective To explore the treatment experience of lower limb skin avulsion injury caused by traffic accidents.Methods From Oct.2011 to Dec.2014,48 patients31 males and 17 females ranged from 12-55 (average,32.4) years] with lower limb skin avulsion injury by traffic accidents were included in the study .Skin grafting and skin flap transplantation were chosen for treatment according to different situations of the wound skin . Results Thirty-four patients were treated by skin grafting to repair wounds ,and the skin survival rate of the first phase was 91.2%(31/34).Fourteen patients were treated by skin flap transplantation ,and the flap survival rate of the first phase was 92.8%(13/14) with satisfactory recovery of function and good appearance .Conclusion At present,the two general therapy methods of skin grafting and skin flap transplantation have satisfactory effect on the treatment of lower limb skin avulsion injury caused by traffic accidents .
