槲皮素对压力超负荷所致大鼠心肌肥厚的影响

摘    要:大鼠腹主动脉部分狭窄5周后,形成实验性心肌肥厚模型,心肌和左心室重量明显增加,心肌过氧化脂质含量显著增加,SOD活性下降,心肌和主动脉Ca^2+含量明显增加。给槲皮素75,150mg/kg后均能明显降低心肌和左心室降低心肌LPO含量,增加SOD活性,降低心肌和主动脉Ca62+的含昨,提示槲皮素抗心肌肥厚作用与清除氧自由基和钙拮抗有关。

Abstract:Cardiac hypertrophy models of rat were prepared by coarctation of abdominal aorta for 5 weeks, which resulted in a significant increase of myocardium and left ventricular weights. Lipid peroxidation (LPO) products and calcium contents of myocardium and aorta were also increased with decrease of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. After treatment with quercetin 75 mg/kg and 150 mg/kg for 5 weeks, the myocardium and left ventricular weights decreased significantly LPO products and calcium content of myocardium and aorta were lowered with increase of SOD activity These results suggested that the effects of quercetin for the prevention of cardiac hypertrophy may be related to its ability to scavenge oxygen free radicals and antagonize calcium ions.
