摘    要:目的研究重症监护病房(ICU)感染的病原菌及耐药性,为合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法对2006年1月至2007年12月送检的ICU患者各种标本分离的菌株进行统计分析。结果所有的病原菌中G-杆菌占57.5%,其中鲍曼不动杆菌占17.7%,铜绿假单胞菌占15.1%,药敏试验显示各菌耐药水平较高,其中G+菌占31.1%,金黄色葡萄球菌占11.3%,表皮葡萄球菌占13.6%,真菌占11.4%。结论加强ICU病房感染管理和对细菌耐药性的监测,合理使用抗生素,是减少细菌耐药性,减少耐药菌产生的关键。

Abstract:Objective Research intensive care unit (ICU) infection and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria, to provide a basis for the rational use of antibiotics. Methods Statistical analysis the strains of specimens from patients in ICU during January, 2006 to December, 2007. Result G-bacilli accounted for 57.5% in all the pathogens, of which acinetobacter baumannii accounted for 17.7%, pseudomonas aeruginosa accounted for 15.1%.
