大鼠正畸过程牙周组织中NOS三种同形异构体的表达及意义

摘    要:目的观察大鼠在正畸牙齿移动过程中牙周组织内一氧化氮合酶(nitricoxide synthase,NOS)三种同形异构体的表达及其分布,探讨一氧化氮(nitric oxide,N())在正畸牙周组织改建过程中所起的作用。方法将大鼠正畸移动不同阶段的牙及牙周组织联合切片做免疫组织化学染色。结果正常大鼠牙周组织中内皮型一氧化氮合酶及神经型一氧化氮合酶有轻微表达而诱导型一氧化氮合酶基本不表达,正畸施力后三种NOS在牙周组织中的表达强度及位置随受力时间长短均有改变。结论证实NO参与了正畸牙周组织的改建过程,内皮型一氧化氮合酶早期起了重要的作用。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the distribution and the changes of three different isoforms of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in periodontal tissue.To evaluate the putative role of nitric oxide(NO)in orthodontic tooth movement.MethodsApplied force on left first maxillary molars in rats and examined the decalcified alveolodental connected tissue in different stages of tooth movement with immunohistochemical staining technique(SP method).ResultseNOS and nNOS exist in normal periodontal tissue,but iNOS does not exist.The expression of these three isforms of NOS changes during orthodontic tooth movement.ConclusionNO plays an important role in remodeling of periodontal tissue during orthodontic tooth movement.eNOS reacts actively earlier.
