摘    要:目的:观察健脾消胀片对阿托品致肠蠕动降低模型小鼠肠蠕动的影响。方法:采用阿托品造小鼠肠蠕动降低模型,运用碳末法,观察健脾消胀片对肠蠕动降低模型小鼠小肠推进、大肠蠕动的影响。结果:大剂量健脾消胀片可显著提高模型小鼠小肠的推进率;大、中剂量健脾消胀片可显著缩短模型小鼠首次出现含碳末粪便的潜伏期。结论:健脾消胀片具有较好的促进肠蠕动降低模型小鼠的小肠推进和大肠蠕动作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of Jianpi Xiaozhang tablets on intestine peristalsis of mouse models with hypoperistalsis of intestines caused by atropine.Methods: Atropine was used to make the mouse models of peristalsis inhibition.By using carbon powder method,the effect of Jianpi Xiaozhang tablets on the promotion of small intestine and peristalsis of large intestine of the mouse models of peristalsis inhibition was observed.Results: High-dose group of Jianpi Xiaozhang could significantly improve the propulsion rate of the small intestine of the mouse models.Low-dose and mild dose group of Jianpi Xiaozhang could significantly shorten the incubation period of the firse apperance of carbon powders in the feces of the mouse models.Conclusion: Jianpi Xiaozhang Tablet can facilitate the promotion of small intestine and peristalsis of large intestine of the mouse models of peristalsis inhibition.
