参麦注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭I临床研究

目的：评价参麦注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：选择符合纳入标准患者130例，分为治疗组及对照组各65例，对照组采用常规扩张血管、强心、利尿等药物治疗；治疗组在对照组的基础上加用参麦注射液50mL静脉滴注，每日1次，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为84．6％，对照组有效率为72．3％，两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：参麦注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效确切。

Clinical Study on Shenmai Injection in Treating Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenmai injection for the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods ： 130 patients in line with the inclusion standard were divided into the treatment group and control group with 65 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional vasodilators, cardiac and diuretic therapy while the treatment group was additionally given intravenous infusion of 50 mL of Shen Mai injection based on the treatment given to the control group, one time per day. Differences in clinical efficacy in both groups were observed. Results：The effective rate in the treatment group was 84.6%, while the rate of the control group was 72.3%. Comparison of the effective rate in both groups showed the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Shenmai injection has exact curative effects for the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.
