天麻钩藤饮治疗抑郁症头晕头痛临床研究

目的：探讨天麻钩藤饮治疗抑郁症头晕头痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将126例抑郁症头晕头痛患者随机分为两组，治疗组予天麻钩藤饮联合氟西丁治疗，对照组给予氟西丁治疗，分别于治疗前和治疗2周后、6周后使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、不良反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果：治疗6周后两组HAMD评分较治疗前差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；治疗2周后、6周后两组HAMD评分比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；治疗组有效率95．2％，对照组有效率79．4％，两组比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05），两组TESS评分比较，差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论：天麻钩藤饮合用氟西丁治疗抑郁症头晕头痛有较好的疗效及安全性。

Clinical Research on Tianma Gouteng Decoction in Treating Dizziness and Headache of Depression

Objective：To Investigate the curative effects and safety of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in treating dizziness and headache of depression. Methods ：126 cases with dizzy and headache of depression were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated by Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with fluoxerine and sion scale（HAMD） and treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS） the control group was only treated by fluoxetine. Hamilton depreswere applied to evaluate the curative effects and adverse reactions before treatment and after two weeks and six weeks of treatment respectively. Results ： After treating for 6 weeks, the HAMD scores of two groups both had significant difference compared with before the treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; After 2 and 6 weeks of treatment, the HAMD scores between two groups had significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the effective rate in the treatment group was 95.2% and in the control group was 79.4% and the difference had notable significance（P 〈 0.05 ）. TESS score in two groups had no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion ： Combining Tianma Gouteng Decoction with fluoxerine has good curative effects and safety in treating dizziness and headache of depression somatization.
