| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨孙玉信教授临床运用逍遥散论治腰痛的经验。方法：通过对孙玉信教授运用逍遥散治疗腰痛有效病例的分析，归纳其对与肝脾相关之腰痛的理论认识及临床运用规律。结果：临床辨证运用逍遥散加减治疗肝脾两虚、肝郁脾虚、肝郁脾湿之腰痛，收效颇佳。结论：逍遥散是临床经典有效方，临证辨证论治腰痛，效果明显。 |
