炙肝散治疗溃疡性结肠炎探析

目的：探讨炙肝散在溃疡性结肠炎中的临床应用。方法：通过对炙肝散的方药、功效、主治进行分析,并结合典型病例阐明炙肝散的临床药用价值。结果：炙肝散具有调肝理脾、祛风柔肝、缓急止痛、强胃燥湿、宣肺消疡之功。对溃疡性结肠炎肝脾不和,痰湿困阻证有良好的疗效。结论：炙肝散可用于溃疡性结肠炎缓解期肝脾不和,痰湿困阻证的治疗。

Analysis on Zhigan San in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective：To explore the clinical application of Zhigan San in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods：The clinical medici nal value of Zhigan San was clarified through the analysis of its herbs, efficacy and indications and the combination of typical cases. Re sults：Zhigan San had the effect of regulating liver and spleen, removing pathogenic wind and soothing the liver, relieving the pain and spasm, strengthening the stomach and removing the dampness, ventilating the lung and eliminating the ulcer, which could achieve a good effect in treating the syndromes of ulcerative colitis such as disharmony of liver and spleen and stagnation and obstruction of phlegm and dampness. Conclusion：Zhigan San can be used in the treatment of the syndromes appearing in paraemasia of ulcerative colitis such as disharmony of liver and spleen and stagnation and obstruction of phlegm and dampness.
