中西医结合治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将200例血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机平均分为对照组和治疗组，对照组患者采用常规治疗，治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上采用牵引复位、平衡针灸、中药热敷、中药内服等中医方法治疗。治疗15d后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：对照组有效率为69．00％，治疗组有效率为95．00％，治疗组的治疗效果优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。

Clinical Research on Lumbar Disc Herniation of Blood Stasis Syndrome Treated by the Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Objective ：To discuss the clinical curative effects of lumbar disc herniation of blood stasis syndrome treated by the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods ：200 cases of lumbar disc herniation of blood stasis syndrome were randomly and equally divided into the control group and treatment group. Patients of the control group were treated by pure western medicine ,patients of the treatment group were treated by traction and restoration, balance acupuncture, hot compression by Chinese medicine, oral administration of Chinese medicine, and other TCM methods based on the control group, and then curative effects of two groups were compared after a treatment of 15 days. Results：The effective ,rate of the control group was 69.00%, while the treatment group was 95.00% ; curative effects of the treatment group was superior to the control group and their difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： The integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has great curative effects in treating lumbar disc herniation of blood stasis syndrome.
