| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医综合康复治疗小儿脑瘫流涎症的临床疗效。方法：采用针灸、按摩和吞咽功能训练治疗。结果：经3个疗程治疗后,有30例Ⅱ～Ⅴ级流涎患儿经训练后转为Ⅰ～Ⅳ级,流涎控制的有效率81.08%,治疗前后比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：中医综合康复治疗可以促进脑瘫患儿的吞咽功能,改善其流涎症状。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive rehabilitation in treating salivation in children with cerebral palsy.Methods：The acupuncture,massage therapy and swallowing function training were applied for treatment.Results：After 3 courses of treatment,30 cases of Ⅱ-Ⅴ level salivation were transferred toⅠ-Ⅳ level salivation after training and salivation control efficiency was 81.08%.There was a significant difference before and after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion：TCM comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can promote the swallowing function of children with cerebral palsy and improve their salivation. |
