毛刺针法治疗面肌痉挛的临床研究

目的：探讨毛刺法治疗面肌痉挛的疗效。方法：将 38 例面肌痉挛患者随机平均分为治疗组和对照组，每组各 19 例。治疗组采用毛刺法针刺痉挛剧烈的部位并配合辨证取穴（眼周痉挛者主要取攒竹、阳白、童子 、鱼腰、太阳；口角周围肌群痉挛者主要取地仓、颊车、承浆。在此基础上，根据患者症状，加用辨证取穴，实证加风池、翳风、太冲三穴；虚证加血海、足三里、三阴交三穴），采用 1 寸毫针，针刺深度为0.8-1.0 寸，不施手法，留针30 min，每日1 次，12 d 为1 周期，观察临床疗效。对照组行 A 型肉毒杆菌毒素局部注射。结果：对照组有效率为84.2% ，治疗组有效率为94.7% ，两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）。结论：采用毛刺针法方法治疗面肌痉挛具有显著疗效，且未发现任何不良反应。

Clinical Research of Needle-steadying Technique in the Treatment of Facial Spasm

Objective：To study the curative effect of needle-steadying technique in the treatment of facial spasm.Methods：38 cases with facial spasm were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given needle-steadying technique combined with syndrome differentiation and point locating（cuanzhu,yangbai,tongziliao,yuyao,taiyang were taken for the conrulsion of the eye;dicang,jiache,chengjiang taken for mouth muscles around the main warehouse covuision.On this basis,fengchi,yifeng,taichong point were taken for empirical syndrome;xuehai,zusanli,sanyinjiao for deficiency）.Use acupuncture needle with 1 inch and depth of needling with 0.8-1 minute for 30 min,once a day,12 days as one observation period.The control group was given A model botulin toxin.Results：That effective rate was 84.2% in the control group and 94.7% in the treatment group.The difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Needle-steadying technique in the treatment of facial spasm has remarkable curative effect and no adverse reaction.
