中西医结合治疗疮疡阳证的临床研究

目的：观察中西医结合治疗疮疡阳证的临床疗效。方法：临床选择疮疡阳证患者 304 例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 176 例，采用内服自制清热解毒合剂，外用莫匹罗星软膏治疗；对照组 128 例，采用青霉素及莫匹罗星软膏治疗。结果：治疗组有效率 94.8% ，对照组有效率 78.9% 。两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.01）。结论：内服清热解毒合剂，外用莫匹罗星软膏治疗疮疡阳证临床有效率较高，无不良反应。

Clinical Research of Treating Sores and Ulcer by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of treating sores and ulcer by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods ：304 patients with sore and ulcer were randomly divided into two group：The patients in therapy group （ 176 eases） were treated with qingre jiedu oral liquid and external mupirocin ointment and those in control group （128 cases） with antibiotics and mupirocin ointmen. Results：The effective rate of therapy group （94.8%） was significantly higher than that in control group （78.9%）, （P 〈 O. 01 ）. Conclusion：Qingre jiedu oral liquid combined with mupirocin ointment is better than antibiotics combined with mupirocin oint-men. It has less side effects but higher clinical efficacy rate in treating sore and ulcer.
