| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨归脾汤治疗气不摄血型原发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）的临床疗效。方法：运用归脾汤治疗气不摄血型 ITP，并举一病案加以证实。结果：归脾汤加味对气不摄血型 ITP 整体疗效令人满意，可以显著缓解症状，还可以提高血小板计数。结论：归脾汤治疗气不摄血型 ITP 能有效控制临床症状，并且可以减轻激素的不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the clinical observation of guipitang in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.Methods：Use the theory of traditional Chinese medicine treating idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and prove a medical record.Results：Add guipitang has satisfactory curative effect on ITP and can significantly ease symptoms.It also can improve the blood platelet count.Conclusion：Guipitang in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura can effectively control the clinical symptoms of ITP and reduce hormonal adverse reactions. |
