浅谈金元四大家论便秘

目的：探讨金元四大家论治便秘的学术思想。方法：对与金元四大家论治便秘的相关文献进行总结、归纳和分析。结果：刘完素、张从正认为便秘其病属燥,治疗上刘完素主张开通道路,养阴退阳,凉药调之;而张从正则创立药治加食疗的方法;李东垣、朱丹溪认为是肾阴亏耗,津液亏少,肠中干燥而致便秘,李东垣提出了以辛润之,以苦泄之,阳结散之,阴结温之的治疗方法;朱丹溪则总结了前人经验,有针对性地进行治疗。结论：金元四大家对便秘的认识各有特点,治疗也日趋完善,值得学习和借鉴。

Discussion on Constipation by Four Great Physicians in Jin Dynasty and Yuan Dynasty

Objective ： To investigate the academic thoughts of four great physicians in Jin dynasty and Yuan dynasty in the treatment of constipation. Methods ： Literatures of the treatment of constipation by four great physicians in Jin dynasty and Yuan dynasty were summarized and analyzed. Resuhs：Liu Wansu and Zhang Congzheng regarded the pathogenesis of constipation was dryness. In treatment, Liu Wansu advocated to smooth the tract, nourish yin and reduce Yang as well as use cold medicine;while Zhang Congzheng advocated med- ication combined with diet therapy;Li Dongyuan and Zhu Danxi regarded the constipation was caused by yin depletion of the kidney, lack of body fluids and dryness in the intestine. Li Dongyuan presented a treatment method of nourishing by using pungent medicine, purging by using bitter medicine, dispersting the stagnation due to yang syndrome and waiming the stagnation due to yin syndrome. Zhu Danxu summarized the previous experience and treated the disease in a targeted manner. Conclusion：The understandings of four great physicians in Jin dynasty and Yuan dynasty in the treatment of constipation have their own characteristics and are becoming more mature,which is worthy of learning and using for reference.
