| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法：将120例泌尿系结石患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予硫酸镁注射液、山莨菪碱注射液、甘露醇注射液、黄体酮注射液,治疗组加服自拟排石汤进行排石治疗。结果：治疗组有效率82%,对照组有效率68%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石疗效确切,效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective：Observe the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine for urology calculus.Methods：120 patients with urology calculus were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.Both groups were given magnesium sulfate injection,anisodamine injection,mannitol injection and Progesterone Injection.The treatment group was given PaiShiTang as addition.Results：The effective rate of treatment group is 82% and that of control group is 68%.The difference has statistically significant compared the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine for urology calculus has exactly curative effect. |
