| 摘 要： | 目的：研究利用多孔型标志物进行结肠传输试验的可行性。方法：利用多孔型标志物对正常人及便秘患者进行结肠传输试验。结果：正常组72 h内均排出80%的标志物,便秘组72 h后排出80%或以上的标志物。结论：多孔型标志物在结肠传输试验中能真实反映肠道传输功能,可以用于结肠传输试验。多孔型标志物可用于慢传输型便秘的诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the feasibility of applying porous markers to condct colonic transit test.Methods：Porous markers were used for the colonic transit test conducted in healthy people and constipation patients.Results：The normal group discharged over 80% of the markers within 72 h,while the constipation group discharged 80% or more of the markers after 72 h.Conclusion：The porous markers could truly reflects the intestinal transit function in colonic transit test and could be used in colonic transit test.The porous markers can be used for the diagnosis of slow transit constipation. |
