精元康胶囊对化疗致骨髓抑制患者外周血象的影响

目的：本研究运用精元康胶囊配合化疗，观察中医药对防治化疗所致骨髓抑制患者外周血象的影响。方法：以临床确诊为非小细胞肺癌的 100 例化疗患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，观察组 50 例，对照组 50 例。两组均采用非小细胞肺癌标准化疗方案（NP 方案）进行化疗，观察组提前 1 周给予精元康胶囊服用至化疗结束，化疗 2 个周期后评定疗效，比较两组患者在骨髓抑制程度、生活质量、临床症状等方面的变化情况。结果：疗程结束后，观察组 50 例化疗患者白细胞等基本维持在安全指标范围，优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0. 05）；观察组的患者临床症状有效率与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P 〈0. 05）；观察组在生活质量方面评价优于对照组，两组相比，差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0. 05）；疗程结束后观察组消化道反应（恶心呕吐）例数明显少于对照组，两组相比，差异有统计学意义（P 〈0. 05）。结论：精元康胶囊临床应用安全，可以减轻化疗患者骨髓抑制程度，增强骨髓造血功能，改善临床症状，提高生活质量。

Effect of Jing Yuan Kang Capsule on Peripheral Blood of Bone Marrow Suppression Induced by Chemotherapy

Objective：This study attempts to use jing yuan kang capsule combined with chemotherapy and observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on peripheral blood of bone marrow suppression induced by chemotherapy. Methods ： 100 cases of non small cell lung cancer with chemotherapy as the object were randomly divided into two groups ,50 cases in observation group and 50 cases in the control group. Both the groups were using the standard chemotherapy regimen （ NP regimen） of non small cell lung cancer. The observation group was given jing yuan kang capsule 1 week ahead to the end of chemotherapy. The curative effect was evaluated after two cycles of chemotherapy. Compare the bone marrow depression level, life quality and other aspects of clinical symptoms. Results：The white blood cells and other basic maintenance in observation group stay the safety index range after the treatment, superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05 ） ;after the end of treatment the total efficiency of clinical syndrome in comparison with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the life quality assessment was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. After the end of treatment the enteron reaction （ nausea and vomiting） of obser- vation group were fewer than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ：The resuhs indi-cate that jing yuan kang capsule is safe for clinical application, can reduce the bone marrow suppression, enhance the bone marrow hem-atopoietic function,improve clinical symptoms and life quality.
