银杏叶片联合喹硫平治疗精神分裂症临床研究

目的：探讨银杏叶片联合喹硫平对精神分裂症患者认知功能及生活质量的改善作用及临床疗效。方法：将68例精神分裂症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用喹硫平治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用银杏叶片治疗。疗程24周,于治疗前和治疗24周后采用阴性和阳性症状量表（PANSS）、韦氏成人智力量表（WAIS）、临床记忆量表、威斯康星卡片分类测验（WCST）评定症状严重程度和认知功能,用生活质量与满意度量表评定生活质量改善情况。结果：治疗后两组PANSS量表分与治疗前相比均有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,但两组间差异不具显著性,两组WAIS、WCST和临床记忆量表的指向记忆、联想学习、记忆商数均较治疗前有显著改善（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,治疗组的联想学习、记忆商数、WCST正确百分数和随机错误数成绩较对照组明显好转（P〈0.05）,治疗组生活质量及满意度评分的改善与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而对照组差异不显著。结论：银杏叶片联合喹硫平对精神分裂症患者认知功能和生活质量有明显改善作用,疗效确切。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Schizophrenia by Combination of Gingko Leaf Tablet and Quetiapine Fumarate Tablet

Objective：To explore the improvement of cognitive function and life quality and clinical curative effects of the combination of Gingko Leaf Tablet and Quetiapine Fumarate Tablet in treating Schizophrenia patients.Methods：68 Schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated by Quetiapine Fumarate Tablet;the treatment group was treated by integration of Gingko Leaf Tablet and Quetiapine Fumarate Tablet,with a treatment course of 24 weeks.PANSS,WAIS,Clinical Memory Scale and WCST were used to evaluate symptom severity and cognitive function before treatment and on the twenty-forth week of treatment and the improvements of life quality were assessed by life quality and satisfactory scale.Results：PANSS scale score of two groups after treatment had significant difference comparing with before treatment（P0.01）,but there was no significant difference between two groups;Pointing memory,associative learning and memory quotient of WATS,WCST and clinical memory scale in both groups had significant difference comparing with before treatment（P0.05 or P0.01）;associative learning,memory quotient,correct percentage of WCST and score proofreading of random error in the treatment group were superior to the control group（P0.05）;improvement of life quality and satisfaction score of treatment group had significant difference comparing with before treatment（P0.05）,and the control group had no significant difference before and after treatment.Conclusion：Gingko Leaf Tablet combining with Quetiapine Fumarate Tablet have obvious improvement effect and certain therapeutic effects on the cognitive function and life quality of Schizophrenia patients.
