丹红注射液治疗胸痹的临床研究

目的：观察丹红注射液治疗胸痹的临床疗效和不良反应。方法：共收集胸痹患者 186 例，按随机数字表法分为两组。其中 126 例为治疗组，治疗采用西医综合治疗加上丹红注射液静脉滴注；对照组 60 例，采用西医综合治疗的方案。结果：对照组有效率为 85.00% ，治疗组有效率为 97.61% ，两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）。结论：丹红注射液可以明显改善胸痹患者的临床症状，有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Research of Danhong Injection in the Treatment of Pectoral Stuffiness Pain

Objective：To observe the clinical effect and untoward reaction of danhong injection in the treatment of pectoral stuffiness pain.Methods：186 patients with pectoral stuffiness pain were divided into two groups according to the random digits table.126 cases in the treatment group were given combined modality therapy of the western medicine combined with danhong injection.60 cases in control group were given combined modality therapy of the western medicine.Results：The effective rate was 85.00% in the control group and 97.61% in the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Danhong injectio in the treatment of pectoral stuffiness pain has a good clinical curative effect.
