中药联合干扰素对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎血清HBsAg影响的系统评价

目的：系统评价中药（TCM）联合干扰素（IFN）对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者血清HBsAg的影响。方法：根据系统评价的原则制定检索策略,收集符合纳入标准的文献,提取数据并应用Rev Man 4.2软件进行分析。结果：Meta分析结果显示：中药联合干扰素治疗慢性乙肝患者至少3个月时,合并后的血清HBsAg阴转指标的相对危险度值及95%CI为1.63（1.04,2.55）,与干扰素治疗组相比,具有显著性差异。而单用中药治疗,合并后的血清HBsAg阴转指标相对危险度值及95%CI为1.13（0.47,2.72）,与单用干扰素比较,没有显著性差异。结论：就阴转血清HBsAg指标来看,单用中药治疗的效果并不优于单用干扰素治疗的效果,而中药联合干扰素治疗的效果要优于单用干扰素。

Systematic Review of Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Interferon on Serum HBsAg in Chronic Hepatitis B patients

Objective：To study the influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） combined with Interferon（IFN） on Serum HBsAg in Chronic Hepatitis B patients.Methods：Search strategy was established according to the Cochrane systematic review,related data of the articles met inclusion criteria was gathered,and meta analysis was performed using RevMan4.2.Results：The results of meta-analyses showed：for HBsAg seroconversion rate,significant difference was found between the TCM combined with IFN and IFN therapy groups after more than 3months′therapy,RR and 95%CI were 1.63（1.04,2.55）.But no significant difference was found between the TCM and IFN therapy groups,RR and 95%CI were 1.13（0.47,2.72）.Conclusions：In terms of HBsAg and seroconversion rate,TCM therapy is not superior to IFN therapy,but TCM combined with IFN therapy is superior to IFN therapy.
