| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨艾滋病患者多次复发带状疱疹的机制。方法：结合临床观察,总结分析近年来国内外学者关于艾滋病患者多次复发带状疱疹机制的科研成果。结果：由水痘-带状疱疹病毒（VZV）引起的带状疱疹患者的T淋巴细胞亚群（CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋）以及CD4＋/CD8＋比值与正常人比较均降低,其中T辅助细胞（CD4＋）明显下降,T辅助细胞与T抑制细胞的比值（CD4＋/CD8＋）明显降低。结论：艾滋病患者易发生带状疱疹与免疫力低下有关。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To investigate the mechanisms of muhiple recurrent herpes zoster in AIDS patients. Methods ： Scientific research achievements made by the domestic and foreign scholars in recent years in the mechanism of multiple recurrent herpes zoster in AIDS patients were summarized and analyzed combined with clinical observations. Results： Compared with the normal people, T-lymphocyte subsets（CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ , CDs ＋ ） and CD4 ＋/CD8＋ ratio of the patients with herpes zoster caused by VZV decreased, amone which T- helper cells decreased significantly and the ration of T helper cells and T suppressor cell（ CD4 ＋/CD8＋ ） decreased significantly. Conclusion： The suscepatibility of AIDS patients to get herpes zoster are related with hypoimmunity. |
