血管软化汤治疗代谢综合征临床研究

目的：观察血管软化汤治疗代谢综合征的临床疗效。方法：将106例代谢综合征患者随机分为治疗组58例和对照组48例。治疗组用纯中药制剂血管软化汤进行治疗，对照组采用西药常规治疗，疗程3个月。观察治疗前后两组患者血糖、血脂、血压、高密度脂蛋白、胆固醇等指标的变化。结果：对各项指标变化进行统计分析，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义。结论：血管软化汤治疗代谢综合征疗效显著。

Clinical Rresearch on Xueguan Ruanhua Decoction in Treating Metabolic Syndrome

Objective：To observe the clinical curative efficacy of Xueguan Ruanhua Decoction in treating metabolic syndrome. Methods： 106 patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated by pure Chinese medicine preparation of Xueguan Ruanhua Decoction, and the control group received the treatment of routine drugs. The treatment course was 3 months. Indexes such as FPG, TG, HDL-C and Bp of two groups were measured before and after 3 months＇ treatment. Results：After statistically analyzing the variations of all indexes in both groups, the treatment group was superior to the control group and there were significant differences between them （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Xuegnan Ruanhua Decoction has great curative effects on the treatment of metabolic syndrome.
