石斛合剂对糖尿病模型大鼠胰岛细胞凋亡及诱导型一氧化氮合酶表达的影响

摘    要:目的:研究石斛合剂对高糖高脂加链脲霉素(STZ)造模大鼠胰岛细胞凋亡及诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)表达的影响。方法:大鼠给予高脂高糖饲养后腹腔注射低剂量STZ(30 mg)制备糖尿病(DM)模型,经石斛合剂治疗后检测胰岛细胞凋亡及iNOS表达。结果:石斛合剂可显著的降低血糖(P〈0.05),显著减少DM模型大鼠胰岛细胞凋亡(P〈0.05),胰岛iNOS表达减少(P〈0.01)。结论:石斛合剂可降低DM模型大鼠血糖,减少胰岛细胞凋亡,其可能与其DM大鼠胰岛一氧化氮(NO)合成减少有关。

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the influence of Shihu Mixture on pancreatic islet cell apoptosis and iNOS expression of rat models of high glucose and fat as well as STZ. Methods:Rats were given intraperitoneal injection of low doses of STZ (30 mg) after the feeding of high fat and sugar for the preparation of DM models to detect pancreatic islet cell apoptosis and the expression of iNOS, after treated with Shihu Mixture. Results : Shihu Mixture could significantly reduce blood glucose (P 〈 0.05) and significantly reduce the pancreatic islet cell apoptosis of DM rat models (P 〈 0.05 ) and iNOS expressions (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Shihu Mixture can reduce the blood glucose of DM rat models and reduce apoptosis of pancreatic islet cells ,which may be related to the decrease of the synthesis of pancreatic NO of DM rat models.
