针刺第二掌骨全息律穴治疗急性腓肠肌损伤的临床观察

目的：研究针刺第二掌骨全息律穴对急性腓肠肌损伤的止痛效果。方法：对 32 例急性腓肠肌损伤患者行第二掌骨全息律穴针刺治疗，患者身心尽量放松，取坐位。医者立于患者的对面，左手托患者右手尺部，左手大拇指或右手大拇指循按第二掌骨外侧，找到最明显的压痛点，双侧取穴。进针时，运指力于针尖，使针刺入皮肤，局部会有较强的麻、胀、重、酸感，有时可放射至患肢。左右捻转，上下提插，弹震刮搓增强针感，留针 10 m in，即可出针。出针时以左手拇指、食指按住针孔周围皮肤，右手持针作轻微捻转，慢慢将针提至皮下，然后将针起出。治疗前后分别用 VAS 疼痛程度模拟量尺进行分析评估。结果：针刺治疗前后视觉模拟评分法比较，差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.01）。结论：针刺第二掌骨全息律穴对急性腓肠肌损伤的止痛效果明显，且无明显不良反应。

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture on Quanxilv Cave of Second Metacarpal Bone in the Treatment of Acute Musculus Gastrocnemius Damage

Objective：To study the analgesia effect of acupuncture in the treatment of acute musculus gastrocnemius.Methods：32 cases with acute musculus gastrocnemius were treated with the acupuncture treatment.Patients′ body and mind relax and take seats.Doctor should be in opposite,left right hand rule topiramate in patients with left or right thumb.to find the most distinct tensemess point,doing bilateral point selection.Transport of the needle means in the tip.So that the neddle be taken into the skin,the part will have strong hemp,inflation,heavy acid,sometimes radiating to the affected limb.Around twirling,lifting and thrusting on the elastic vibration.Scraping tubbing enhanced needle living for 10 minutes.Out of the needle in the left hand thumb,use forefinger to push skin around pinhole,doing a slight twist by right hand.and solely take the needle into the subcutaneous,then the needle is played out.Results：Evaluate the pain level with VAS score.The difference has statistical significance（P〈0.01）.Conclusions：The analgesia effect of acupuncture in the treatment of acute musculus gastrocnemius has significant effect without adverse reactions.
