开环式痔微创吻合术治疗脱垂性痔病术后排便通畅程度的临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察开环式痔微创吻合术(TST)与痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)及外切内扎术治疗痔病术后患者排便通畅程度的差异。方法:将45例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期脱垂性痔病患者,随机分组为实验组(TST组)和对照组A(PPH组)、对照组B(外切内扎组),比较3组患者术后排便通畅程度的差异。结果:TST术对术后患者排便影响较小,对患者早期排便的可控性及后期排便的通畅性较PPH及外切内扎术有优势。结论:TST术对于以非环状脱垂为主要症状的痔病患者,特别是Ⅲ、Ⅳ度痔,是一种较为理想的手术治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the difference of bowels open degree among Tissue-selecting Therapy stapler(TST),procedure for prolapsed and hemorrhoids(PPH)and Milligan Morgan in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods:45 patients with Prolapsed hemorrhoids during Ⅲ and Ⅳ periods were randomly divided into the experimental group(TST group),the control group A(PPH group) and control group B(Milligan Morgan group).Compare the difference of bowels open degree after operation.Results:TST has little influence on the patients owning to the advantage between controllability of early defecation and smooth degree of late defecation compared with PPH and Milligan Morgan.Conclusion:TST is a more ideal surgical treatment method for hemorrhoids with non annular prolapsed as the main symptoms,especially for Ⅲ and Ⅳ degrees.
