黄土汤应用于缺血性中风恢复期临床研究

目的：探讨黄土汤应用于缺血性脑中风恢复期的临床疗效。方法：选取缺血性脑中凰患者96例，以随机盲分法平均分为对照组48例和治疗组48例，对照组口服脑安胶囊，每天2次。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服黄土汤（方药组成：甘草5g，地黄5g，白术5g，附子5g，阿胶5g，黄芩5g，灶心土12g）治疗。每天3次，温服。均以4周为1个疗程。结果：治疗组与对照组在临床疗效和中医证侯疗效方面比较，治疗组优于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：黄土汤应用于缺血性中风恢复期的疗效满意。

Clinical Research on Huangtu Decoction for the Treatment of lschemla Stroke in Convalescent Stage

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huangtu Decoction for the treatment of ischemia stroke in convalescent stage. Methods ：96 cases of ischemic stroke were averagely divided into the control and treatment group with randomized blind method. The control group was treated with two capsules of Naoan Capsule,2 times a day. The treatment group was additionally administered Huangtu Decoction based on the treatment given to the control group（Recipe was composed of Licorice 5 g,ground yellow 5 g,the Atractylodes 5 g, Aconite 5 g,donkey hide gelatin 5 g,skullcap 5 g,stove subsoil 12 g）. 3 times a day for warm administration. Four weeks was a course of treatment. Results： The treatment group and control group clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and the word more symptoms ,the treatment group than in control group,but the difference was not statistically significant（P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Huangtu Decoction has significant clinical efficacy for the treatment of ischemia stroke in convalescent stage.
