| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨天麻钩藤饮加减治疗中风先兆的临床疗效。方法：将90例患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组30例，治疗组给予天麻钩藤饮加减（方药组成：天麻15g，钩藤30g，石决明15g，黄芩10g，牛膝30g，杜仲20g，益母草30g，山楂30g，桑寄生18g，夜交藤30g，丹参25g，水蛭10g）治疗；对照组给予阿司匹林肠溶片治疗。结果：治疗组有效率为96．7％，对照组有效率为70．0％。治疗组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：天麻钩藤饮加减治疗中风先兆疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the clinical curative effects of apoplexy aura treated by the addition and subtraction of Tianma Gouteng decoction. Methods ：90 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group （60 cases） and the control group （30 cases）. The treatment group was given the addition and subtraction of Tianma Gouteng decoction（ composition of the formula： GasTCMLIBodiaelata 15 g, Uncarla rhynchophylla 30 g, Haliotis diversicolor Reeve 15 g, Scutellarla baicalensis Georgi 10 g, Achyranthes bidentata 30 g, Eucommia ulmoides Oliv 20 g, Leonurus japonicus Houtt 30 g, Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge 30 g, loranthus parasiticus 18 g, Caulis Polygoni Multi- flori 30 g,Slauia miltiorrhiza Bunge 25 g, Hirudo nipponica 10 g） ;the control group was treated by Aspirin Enteric-coated tablets. Re- suits ：The effective rate of the treatment group was 96/7% ,while the control group was 70% and the treatment group was superior to the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The addition and subtraction of Tianma Gouteng decoction has significant effects on the treatment of apoplexy aura. |
