枳术汤加减治疗慢性功能性便秘临床研究

目的：观察枳术汤加减治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法：将100例患者随机分为两组，治疗组52例，采用枳术汤治疗；对照组48例，采用莫沙比利分散片治疗，4周为1个疗程。结果：治疗组有效率为90．38％，对照组有效率为58．33％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。3个月后随访，治疗组有效率为86．54％，对照组有效率为52．08％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。两组治疗后及治疗结束3个月后的积分与本组治疗前比较，差异均有极显著性意义（P〈0．01）。两组治疗后及治疗结束后3个月积分比较，治疗组疗效均明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：枳术汤加减治疗慢性功能性便秘临床近期疗效及远期疗效均优于西药治疗。

Clinical Research on Zhizhu Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Functional Constipation

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhizhu Decoction in the treatment of chronic functional constipation. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 52 cases was given the oral administration of Zhizhu Decoction while the control group of 48 cases was given the oral administration of mosapride dispersible tablets, with four weeks as a course of treatment. Results ：The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.38% ,while the effective rate of the control group was 58.33%. The difference between two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01 ）. Follow-up after three months showed that the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.54% while the control group was 52.08%. The comparison between two groups showed the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with the score of each group before the treatment, the scores of two groups after treatment and three months after the treatment showed the differences were remarkabley significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The comparison of the scores of two groups after treatment and three months after the treatment showed the efficacy of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ：The clinical efficacy of Zhizhu Decoction in the near future and the long-term is superior to western medicine in the treatment of chronic functional constipation（FC）.
