平肝潜阳活血汤治疗中风风阳上扰证临床研究

目的：观察平肝潜阳活血汤治疗中风风阳上扰证的临床疗效。方法：110 例符合纳入标准的中风风阳上扰证患者，按照随机数字表随机分为 2 组。治疗组 60 例，采用平肝潜阳活血汤；对照组 50 例，给予川芎嗪、胞二磷胆碱静脉滴注，口服肠溶阿司匹林片，采取低盐、低脂或低糖饮食，并根据情况使用脱水、降压、降脂、降糖等基础治疗。结果：对照组有效率为 72.00% ，治疗组有效率为 91.67% ，两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）。结论：平肝潜阳活血汤治疗中风风阳上扰证有满意的临床疗效，且不良反应小，患者依从性好。

Clinical Research of Pinggan Qianyang Huoxue Tang in the Treatment of Apoplexy

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Pinggan qianyang huoxue tang in the treatment of apoplexy.Methods：110 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random digits table and doctor order.60 patients of treatment group were given Pinggan qianyang huoxuetang.50 cases of control group were given ligustrazine,cytidine diphosphate choline and intestines dissolving aspirin combined with low salt,low fat or low carbohydrates diet.Use dehydration,pressure release,blood fat release,carbohydrates release and other basic therapeutics according to conditions.Results：The effective rate was 72.00% in the control group and 91.67% in the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Pinggan qianyang huoxuetang in the treatment of apoplexy has clinical curative effect,minor adverse reaction,good compliance and deserving further study.
