摘    要:目的:探讨盾叶薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷含量测定的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为DIKMAC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(52:48),流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为203.0nm,柱温为30℃。结果:薯蓣皂苷在0.40-4.01μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9997(n=7)。平均回收率为101.65%,RSD为2.29%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、快速、灵敏、重现性好,可以作为盾叶著蓣的质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective:To explore a method for the determination of the conten of dioscin in Dioscorea zingiberensis wright. Methods:RP- HPLC was used with DIKMA C18 chromatography eolumn (250 mm· 4.6 ram,5 μm) as the column and acetonitrilewater( 52:48 ) as the mobile phase. The flow rate of the mobile phase was 1.0 mL · min^- l and the detection wavelength was 203.0 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The linear range for dioscin was 0.40 - 4.01 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7 ( n = 7 ). The average recovery rate was 101.65 % and RSD was 2.29% (n = 6 ). Conclusion:This method is simple, accurate, rapid, sensitive, reproducible,which can be regarded as the quality control method for Dioscorea zingiberensis wright.
