中医药治疗软组织损伤研究述评

目的：对中医药治疗软组织损伤进行评述。方法：对近年来发表的有关软组织损伤文献中关于中医药治疗软组织损伤的临床疗效、作用机理、模型种类、剂型种类这4个方面进行论述。结果：中医药在治疗软组织损伤的临床疗效显著,作用机理清楚,模型种类及剂型种类丰富;在实验中造模方法种类丰富,造模成功率高,在炎症因子、血流变、药物吸收等方面证明中医药的优势。结论：运用中医药治疗软组织损伤在实验及临床方面均能显示其优越性。

Study Comment on the Treatment of Soft Tissue Injury by Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective：To make a comment on the treatment of soft tissue injury by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods：Curative effects and results,mechanism of action,types of model and dosage form of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of soft tissue injury were discussed from the literature about soft tissue injury issued in recent several years.Results： The clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of soft tissue injury was significantly with clear mechanism of action and a wide variety of model types and dosage forms.The modeling methods in the experiment were abundant with a high success rate,which proved the advantages of Chinese medicine in the aspects of inflammatory cytokines,hemorheology and drug absorption.Conclusion： The use of Chinese medicine for the treatment of soft tissue injury can show its superiority in terms of experimental and clinical aspects.
