滋肾活血消斑合剂治疗黄褐斑临床研究

目的：探讨滋肾活血消斑合剂治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：160例河南省中医院皮肤科门诊的黄褐斑患者,按随机数字表法分为两组。治疗组100例,采用滋肾活血消斑合剂（方药组成：当归、赤芍、川芎、生地黄、柴胡、桃仁、红花、丹参、菟丝子、枸杞子、白芷、川牛膝、大枣、生姜片、大葱）治疗,1次30 mL,每日3次。对照组60例,采用维生素C,1次0.2 g,每日3次;丹栀逍遥丸,1次8丸,每日3次。所有患者忌生冷、辛辣食物,保持心情舒畅,睡眠充足,30 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果：对照组60例,痊愈25例,显效16例,好转6例,无效13例,有效率78.33%;治疗组100例,痊愈42例,显效28例,好转21例,无效9例,有效率91.00%,两组比较χ2=5.073,P=0.024。经观察,未发现治疗药物明显不良反应。结论：滋肾活血消斑合剂治疗黄褐斑具有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Chloasma by Zishen Huoxue Xiaoban Mixture

Objective：To study the clinical effects of Zishen Huoxue Xiaoban Mixture（with the function of nourishing kidney,activating blood circulation and eliminating chloasma） on the treatment of chloasma.Methods：160 patients of chloasma coming from Dermatological Department of Henan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups by the method of random number table.The treatment group（100 cases） was given the Zishen Huoxue Xiaoban Mixture for nourishing kidney,activating blood circulation and eliminating chloasma（composed of Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Ligusticum wallichi,Rehmannia root,Radix bupleuri,Amygdalus persica,Carthamus tinctorius,Radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Cuscuta chinensis,Lycium barbarum,Angelica dahurica root,Achyranthes bidentata,Fructus ziziphi jujubae,Zingiber officinale,Allium fistulosum）,three times a day with 30 mL once.The control group（60 cases） was orally given Vitamin C,three times a day with 0.2 g once;Danzhi Xiaoyao Pill,three times a day,with 8 pills once.Patients of both groups were avoided eating raw,cold and spicy food,maintained happy mood and sleep adequately.Therapeutic effects were counted after two treatment courses with one treatment course of 30 days.Results：In the control group（60 cases）,25 cases were cured,16 achieved excellent effects,6 were improved,13 ineffective and the effective rate was 78.33%;in the treatment group（100 cases）,42 cases were cured,28 achieved excellent effects,21 were improved,9 ineffective and the effective rate was 91.00%;Comparison between the two groups showed χ2=5.073,P=0.024.No obvious side effects were found in both groups through observation.Results：Zishen Huoxue Xiaoban Mixture has better clinical effects on the treatment of chloasma.
