热毒宁治疗小儿毛细支气管炎临床研究

目的：观察热毒宁注射液治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法：选 100 例确诊为毛细支气管炎患儿，随机分为治疗组 56 例，对照组 44 例。在常规治疗基础上，治疗组给予热毒宁注射液（江苏康缘药业股份有限公司）0.6 m L （kg· d）^1加入 5% 葡萄糖注射液中，每天 1 次，静脉滴注，对照组用利巴韦林 10 m g （kg·d）^-1，静脉滴注，每天1 次，两组疗程均为10 d。结果：治疗结束后，治疗组与对照组有效率分别为 98.21% 和 88.64% ，经统计学处理，差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）；治疗组在退热、减轻咳嗽闷喘症状、减少肺部 音及不良反应等方面均明显优于对照组（P 〈 0.05）。结论：热毒宁治疗毛细支气管炎疗效显著，不良反应少。

Clinical Research of Reduning in the Treatment of Pediatric Bronchiolitis

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of reduning in the treatment of pediatric bronchiolitis.Methods：Choose 100 cases diagnosed as pediatric bronchiolitis and divide them into the treatment group of 56 cases and control group of 44 cases.The treatment group is given reduning（Jiangsu KangYuan pharmaceutical corporation） 0.6 mL·（kg·d）^-1 added in 5% of glucose injection based on routine therapy.Both the course of treatment is 10 days.Results：The total effective rate of the two groups is 98.21% and 88.64% respectively after treatment.The difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05） according to statistical treatment.The treatment group has advantage in pyretolysis,relieving cough and wheeze symptoms,reducing lung stuffy and side effect compared the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Reduning has evident effect in the treatment of pediatric bronchiolitis and deserves clinic application.
