摘    要:目的:探讨表面增强激光解析电离-飞行-质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)蛋白质芯片技术在大肠癌围手术期中医证候研究中的应用价值。方法:对大肠癌围手术期的病因病机及证候的发展规律进行研究。结果:通过对大肠癌围手术期中医证候规律的研究深入认识该病特定阶段的病因病机,掌握该病证候的发展规律,为该病中医临床诊断治疗提供依据。利用SELDI-TOF-MS蛋白质芯片技术探索该病特定阶段中医证候诊断的客观化和标准化,从而提高中医药诊疗该病的可信度与可重复性,为病证结合的深层次研究提供依据。结论:SELDI-TOF-MS蛋白质芯片技术日益成熟,其正逐渐向其他医药领域延伸,在大肠癌围手术期证候研究方面也将会有广阔的运用前景。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the application value of SELDI-TOF-MS protein chip technology in the TCM syndromes research on the perioperative period of colorectal cancer.Methods:The etiology,pathogenesis and development law of syndromes of perioperative period of the colorectal cancer were studied.Results:Through the research on the TCM syndrome laws of the perioperative period of the colorectal cancer,we could deeply know the pathogenesis of this disease on specific stage,master development laws of syndrome,so as to provide basis of TCM clinical standardization of TCM syndrome diagnosis of this disease on specific stages,so as to improve the reliability and repeatability of diagnosis and treatment of this disease,and provide basis for further research on the integration of disease and syndrome.Conclusion:SELDI-TOF-MS protein chip technology has become increasingly mature,which is gradually extending to other fields of medicine and will have wide application prospect in the syndrome study of the perioperative period of colorectal cancer.
