小蓟饮子治疗前列腺汽化电切术后并发症临床研究

目的：探讨小蓟饮子治疗前列腺汽化电切术后并发症患者的临床疗效。方法：将72例前列腺汽化电切术后患者采用完全随机对照方案分为治疗组和对照组,两者比例为11,对照组36例在一般治疗基础上注射左氧氟沙星治疗,疗程为7 d。治疗组36例在对照组治疗的基础上加服小蓟饮子加减汤治疗。观察两组患者膀胱痉挛次数、血尿转阴的时间和国际前列腺症状评分（I-PSS）情况。结果：治疗组患者膀胱痉挛次数明显少于对照组,血尿平均转阴的时间亦明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）,I-PSS评分及临床疗效方面两组差异无统计学意义。结论：小蓟饮子治疗前列腺汽化电切术后患者的前列腺增生症状无明显改善作用,但其能明显改善术后患者的膀胱痉挛情况,缩短血尿转阴时间,其治疗机理值得临床进一步探讨。

Clinical Research on Xiaoji Yinzi in Treating Complicativons after Tranurethral Electrovaporization of the Prostate

Objective：To investigate the the clinical efficacy of Xiaoji Yinzi in treating complications of patients after tranurethral electrovaporization of the prostate.Methods：72 male patients who were given tranurethral electrovaporization of the prostate were divided into the treatment group and the control group by appying complete random control program and the ratio of both groups was 11.36 cases in the control group were given levofloxacin for treatment after surgery for 7 d as a course of treatment.36 cases in the treatment group were additonally given Xiaoji Yinzi with modifications for treatment based on the treatment given to the control group.The numbers of bladder spasms,time for the negative conversion of hematuria in routine urine test and the International Prostate Symptom Score（I-PSS） were observed.Results：The number of bladder spasms of patients in the control group was significantly less than that of the control group;the average time for the negative conversion of hematuria was significantly shorter than the control group（P0.05）;differences in the I-PSS score and clinical efficacy were not statistically significant in both groups.Conclusion：Xiaoji Yinzi shows no significant improvement in improving prostatic hyperplasia symptoms of patients after tranurethral electrovaporization of the prostate,but could significantly improve postoperative bladder spasm,shorten the time of negative conversion of hematuria,so its therapeutic mechanism is worthy of further exploration.
