痰热清联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎临床研究

目的：探讨痰热清联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法：将124例患者随机平均分为治疗组和对照组，对照组62例采用阿奇霉素治疗；治疗组62例在对照组治疗基础上加用痰热清注射液，静脉滴注，13d为1个疗程。观察治疗前后的临床症状、体征、胸片及不良反应情况，比较两组的疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为95．2％，对照组有效率为75．8％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：痰热清联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Tanreqing Injection Combined with Azithromycin in Treating Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Objective ：To observe and compare the clinical therapeutic effects of Tanreqing injection combined with azithromycin in treating mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods ：124 mycoplasma pneumonia patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The control group with 62 patients was treated with the azithromyein alone while the treatment group with 62 patients was additionally treated with Tanreqing injection for intravenous injection based on the treatment given to the control group. The course of treatment was 13 days for both groups. The clinical symptoms, signs, chest radiography and adverse reactions of the patients were observed before and after the treatment and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.2% and 75.8% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Tanreqing injection combined with azithromycin is effective in treating mycoplasma pneumonia.
