鱼腥草注射液致豚鼠全身主动性过敏反应的实验研究

目的：观察鱼腥草注射液对豚鼠全身主动性过敏反应的影响。方法：采用健康合格的豚鼠，体质量 250 ~ 350 g，隔日分别静脉注射牛血清白蛋白、不同批次的鱼腥草注射液、不同批次的聚山梨酯 80、不含聚山梨酯 80 的鱼腥草注射液。然后分别于第14 天、第21 天和第21 天、第28 天激发，观察各组动物过敏症状及血清组胺和总 IgE 含量的影响。结果：血清组胺和总IgE 的测定结果显示牛血清白蛋白组的组胺和总 IgE 的含量同阴性对照组比较，差异有显著统计学意义（P 〈 0.01），三批鱼腥草注射液组、聚山梨酯 80 组和不含聚山梨酯 80 的鱼腥草注射液组与阴性对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P 〉 0.05）。结论：不同厂家不同批次合格的含聚山梨酯 80、不含聚山梨酯 80 的鱼腥草注射液对豚鼠全身主动性过敏反应均无影响。

To Investigate the Effect of Houttuynia CordataThumb Injection on Active Systemic Allergic Reaction of Guinea Pigs

Objective：To investigate the effect of houttuynia cordata thumb injection on active systemic allergic reaction of guinea pigs.Methods：Health guinea pigs which weigh from 250 to 350 g were selected,and divided into 4 groups.Bovine serum albumin,houttuynia cordata thumb injection,polysorbate 80 or houttuynia cordata thumb injection without polysorbate 80 was injected into respectively into each group of guinea pigs every 2 days.All groups were divided into 2 parts.The 1st part was challenged at the 14th and 21st day,and the 2nd part was at 21st and 28th day.After challenge,each part was studied through observing the symptom of allergic reaction and the effect on the serum histamine and IgE.Results：It can be seen that there was significant difference between the bovine serum albumin group（P〈0.01） and the negative control group from the analytical result of serum histamine and IgE.Compared with the houttuynia cordata thumb injection group,the polysorbate 80 group and the houttuynia cordata thumb injection without polysorbate 80 group,there was no significant difference between them and the negative control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Polysorbate 80 and houttuynia cordata thumb injection without polysorbate 80 from different manufactures and different batch have no effect on active systemic allergic reaction of guinea pigs.
