针刺配合穴位注射及火罐治疗周围性面瘫的临床研究

目的：评价针刺配合穴位注射及火罐治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法：101 例患者随机分为治疗组 53 例和对照组 48例。治疗组用针刺（主穴：翳风、阳白、地仓、颊车、牵正、合谷。配穴：鱼腰、太阳、四白、颧 、下关、迎香、风池、水沟、承浆、足三里）配合穴位注射（用2 m L 一次性注射器抽取甲钴胺注射液1 m L，选取患侧翳风、颧 、阳白、地仓和迎香5 个穴位，局部常规消毒后进针，得气后各注入0.2 m L，隔日1 次）及游走火罐（针后，在患侧面部用闪火法走罐）治疗周围性面瘫53 例，对照组48 例采用常规针法治疗。结果：对照组显效率 72.9% ，治疗组显效率 92.4% ，两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）。结论：针刺配合穴位注射及游走火罐治疗周围性面瘫疗效明显优于常规针灸组。

Clinical Research of Acupuncture Combined with Cave Injection and Cupping Glass in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective：To explore the best therapeutic schedule for peripheral facial paralysis.Methods：Use acupuncture combined with cave injection and cupping glass in the treatment of 53 cases with peripheral facial paralysis and compare with 48 cases in control group.Main care were as follows：yifeng,yangbai,dicing,jiache,qianzheng,hegu.With yuyao,taiyang,sibai,quanliao,xiaguan,yingxiang,fengchi,shuigou,chengjiang,zusanli.The methed of main care with care injection（using 2 mL disposable syringe extraction mecobaremin injection 1 mL,taking yifeng,quanliao,yangbai,dicang,yingxiang,local routine disinfection and back needle,having gas after 0.2 mL injection,qod.Combined with transmigration cupping glass.Results：The effective rate was 72.9% in control group and 92.4% in treatment group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of acupuncture combined with cave injection and cupping glass in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis is better than the conventional acupuncture group.
