| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺加心理疏导治疗郁证的临床疗效。方法：116 例患者按随机数字表法平均分为对照组和治疗组，每组各58 例。对照组采用常规心理疏导，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用针刺疗法。结果：对照组 58 例患者中治愈 10 例，好转18 例，未愈 30 例，有效率 48.28% 。治疗组 58 例患者中痊愈 20 例，好转 32 例，未愈 6 例，有效率 89.66% 。两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P 〉 0.05）。结论：针刺加心理疏导治疗郁证临床疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with psychological counseling in the treatment of depression.Methods：116 patients were divided into the treatment group and control group according to random digits table.The control group was given routine psychological counseling.The treatment group was given acupuncture therapy based on the control group treatment.Results：10 in 58 patients of control group were recovered,18 better,30 unrecovered.The effective rate was 48.28%.20 in 58 patients of control group were recovered,32 better,6 unrecovered.The effective rate was 89.66%.The difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of acupuncture combined with psychological. |
