摘    要:目的:建立高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)法对三黄油擦剂中的有效成分大黄素和大黄酚进行含量测定。方法:采用石英毛细管柱(65cm×55μm,有效长度50cm),缓冲体系为10mmol·L^-1硼砂-30mmol·L^-1SDS-10%乙醇,pH值为9.8,分离电压30kV,检测波长254nm。结果:大黄素和大黄酚在20min内得到很好的分离,分别在0.124-2.470g·L^-1、0.104-2.080g·L^-1线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.2%、98.6%。结论:HPCE方法结果准确、简便快速、重现性好,可用于三黄油擦剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective:To develop a method for the content determination of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Sanhuangyou liniment by HPCE. Methods:The fused silica capillary column(65 cm × 55 μm, effective length of 50 cm) was used. The electrolyte buffer system was composed of 10 mmol· L^-1 borax-30 mmol · L^-1 SDS- 10% ethanol with Ph of 9.8,separation voltage of 30 kV and detection wavelength of 254nm. Results : Emodin and Chrysophanol were successfully separated within 20 min and the linear response range were 0. 124 -2. 470 and 0. 104 -2. 080 mg · mL^-1. The average recovery rates was 99.2% and 98.6% respectively. Conclusions: The method produces accurate results, which is simple, rapid and well reproducible, and could be used for the quantity control of Sanhuangyou liniment.
