周期性麻痹的发病机制

周期性麻痹常伴有血清钾离子代谢异常,临床有正常血钾、低血钾、高血钾3种类型。近几年有些资料表明基因突变与临床患病有关,不同的基因突变出现不同的临床表形,且各具特点。本文主要从发病机制、基因突变与临床特征等方面简要阐述。
