急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓治疗及护理

目的:探讨急性心肌梗死患者在应用静脉溶栓治疗过程中的治疗和护理问题。方法:对120例急性心肌梗死住院患者,采用尿激酶(LK)行静脉溶栓疗法,通过对临床疗效的监护和观察,进一步总结治疗和护理经验。结果:120例急性心肌梗死患者经静脉溶栓救治后,冠脉再通率为85.3%,病死率为2.5%。结论:对急性心肌梗死患者行静脉溶栓治疗时,检测心电图变化及再灌注观察、心理护理、严密监测生命体征、防止病发和康复训练是保证患者生命安全的重要措施,并对于减少患者术后并发症发生率、改善患者的预后能起到积极的作用。

Intravenous thrombolysis in acute myocardial infarction treatment and care

Objective To study the application of acute myocardial infarction patients in the course of treatment intraenous thrombolysis treatment and care.Methods 120 cases of acute myocardial infarction hospital patients,adopt the urokinase（LK） line intraenous thrombolysis treatment,through to the clinical curative effect of monitoring and observation,summarizes therapy and nursing experience.Results 120 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction after intraenous thrombolysis treatment,coronary ZaiTongLv fatality rate of 2.5% for flnancial burdens.Conclusion In patients with acute myocardial infarction do intraenous thrombolysis treatment,detection ecg changes and reperfusion observation,psychological care,strict monitoring vital signs,prevent disease starts and rehabilitation training is to guarantee the safety of life in patients with important measures for reducing patients,and postoperative complication incidence,improve the prognosis of patients can play the positive role.
