急性颈髓损伤伴低钠血症的相关因素分析及护理对策

目的:探讨颈髓损伴低钠血症伤患者的相关因素,并提出相应护理干预措施。方法:回顾54例颈髓损伤患者空腹血钠情况,分析脊髓损伤程度、合并颅脑外伤、合并感染、年龄等因素对低钠血症的影响。结果:54例颈伤空腹血钠值为(134±11.28)mmol/L,其中低钠血症者31例。结论:颈髓损伤患者并发低钠血症和脊髓损伤程度、合并颅脑外伤、合并感染以及病程相关,应及时给予有效的护理干预。

Acute spinal cord injury related factors associated with hyponatremia and Nursing

Objective To investigate the loss of cervical spinal cord injury patients with hyponatremia related factors,and propose nursing interventions.Methods 54 patients with fasting serum sodium in patients with cervical spinal cord injury,and to analyze the degree of spinal cord injury,craniocerebral trauma,infection,age and other factors on the impact of hyponatremia.Results 54 patients with neck injury fasting serum sodium value（134±11.28）mmol/L,of which 31 cases of hyponatremia.Conclusion Hyponatremia in patients with cervical spinal cord injury and spinal cord injury,craniocerebral trauma,infection,disease,age and other factors related to timely provide an effective nursing intervention.
